Top management often shifts the blame for their own failures onto the team. While I agree that every detail is important, constant changes in management's direction make it impossible to get things right, leading to the team being unfairly blamed. The Indian Operating Director acts like a dictator, treating the team with a lack of basic respect. He believes he owns them and abuses them both verbally and emotionally. It's sad to see the Engineering Manager and some mid-level managers following these same unethical practices.
