Your training and the support you have available WILL depend on what kind of manager you have and if the colleagues are willing to support you . I was lucky and had the latter. I later moved to a branch where I had a fully supportive manager and was able to enjoy the role. The high turnover rate will be due to lack of training across the board, leaving people thrown in the deep end. I had seen someone 5 shifts under his belt left to run a whole branch due to all other sales staff leaving and it was awful to watch. This is not an industry where in which you can afford to do this. It negatively affects the company and the clients alike.
