Pros
Free snacks, free lunch every Thursday, catered tacos every first Thursday of the month, free gym, fun themed meetings every Thursday, free parking, nice coworkers. I was lucky enough to be paired with a great team lead. TL was very patient and kind.
Cons
All other TL's were moody. One TL in particular was mean spirited and hated working with people, which is odd since this is a Customer Service related job. Heard this particular TL say that it was their goal to make the people on their team feel miserable. Upper management was not any better. Upper management catered to their favorites and if you did not happen to be one of them than you might as well quit. Basically had to beat around the bush with customers if asked if we know why the product is faulty. If you enjoy lying to people who have used their hard earned money to buy the product, this job is for you. Well not anymore since they let everyone go. For the best.
