Pros
This was a great company at one time. In 2014 changes in management were made that became a "GOOD OLD BOY" network. Employees were moved into positions of power that the had no training or skill set in other than knowing the right person at that time the Paybacks were just beginning. Department managers started to isolate personnel from their positions by cutting pay, changing schedules and started a policy of "I'M the Boss" mentality. When HR was approached, a blind eye was turned due to the manager being a "GOLDEN CHILD" of the company. Employee pay was cut without upper management approval by going around peoples back. This used to be a family business that became a playground with childish behavior. Company policies were either ignored or flat pushed aside for certain people.
Cons
Too much power in the hands of people that had no management or people skills. It became all about who was the biggest bully on the block. Upper management either didn't know or didn't want to know. Either way there is no excuse for what was gotten away with by petty emotions.
