Pros
- Work from Home (Most Days)
- Opportunity to learn interesting tools and software
- Some Nice Colleagues
Cons
- Very Rude Boss (Made Senior Staff Cry)
- Lack of Training for New Employees
- Company would bite off more than they can chew, and expect the short staffed and overworked employees to pick up the slack
- Would use fear and intimidation tactics to make employees do extra work
- Unorganized Management
- Lots of Miscommunication
- Often Forced to work overtime (without extra pay) to "fill in" your day, or possibly get fired for not having enough time "filled in"
- Even if you filled in extra hours there was no incentive/bonus for doing so. The salary is average-below average in the first place.
- Better Opportunities Elsewhere
- Did I mention a rude boss?
