Pros
- talented and awesome people - flexible working hours and flexibility in where you work from - great benefits, working from home schemes - lots of opportunity to learn new technologies and ways of doing work, explore, research and get better at what you do - all included in your everyday work. - possibility to meet with your colleagues on the other side of the globe - processes are evolving as the company grows, and maybe we still need to improve but at least the management is all onboard with ideas - the company is always on the lookout for how it can be better
Cons
I can't really find anything really standing out. As on any scale without an end, things can be worse and better all the time and it is the case with this company - I could list a few things that I would personally really like but that's just my personal nitpicking ...
