Pros
Some free lunches, and close to home
Cons
When I first started here, I liked it. The supervisor and my coworker were nice and easy going and helpful. As time went on I could see favouritism. Giving me (the newbie) most of the work while my coworker texted with friends and shopped for clothes online. Once I reported this unfair work environment to the higher ups, my supervisor started treating me with attitude and disrespect every day. She would look for and point out every single one of my mistakes (by yelling from her office, for everyone to hear), yet my coworker would make mistakes and she would say nothing. There is so much favouritism and discrimination going on in this toxic office. There are only 3 main people working in this office, and if you're new you're treated like garbage by doing all the work with no help, getting in trouble for talking to your coworker, and having every little mistake pointed out to you. My sup even got mad at me for sending a customer 2 emails in a row. She was a helicopter sup. Not a good place to work at all, trust me. Also if you bring anything up to upper management they won't believe a word you say and won't support you, even though HR is located in Illinois. This place was one of the worst places for me to work. Such an immature, caddy, disrespectful and negative work environment. I would rather have my mental and emotional health in tact than work somewhere as toxic and selfish as this h#ll hole.
