Pros
Great working environment. Great pay (I started as a DCE/SDR at $35k which was more than what I made my previous job and quickly worked my base up to $55k before bonus before moving to the TSS role). Great hours (we work normal business hours 9-5, M-F, but there is a little wiggle room to start early/leave early and usually get to leave at 3pm on Fridays). Best management team I've worked with, almost everyone at FRONTLINE has been in the DCE/SDR role, so they get it, they understand any problems you might face and have most likely encountered them themselves, which really helps with coaching and managing a team.
Cons
I honestly wish I could give cons, any cons one might have would be with the job as a whole. You're calling and prospecting, the biggest con is a rejection or a rude contact, but that's anywhere you go in this business.
