With each year, I've taken on new clients, increased my take-home pay, learned invaluable new skills and become a car rental industry expert. Cons
I don't have much negative to say about the company. But if you're not a self-starter or need daily interaction with your company, then maybe FPG isn't the company for you. Our team is decentralized and scattered across the country. Field team members are given the autonomy to manage your clients as you see fit. Provided the relationship is strong and results are where they should be, management rarely intervenes with clients. I view the freedom as a huge Pro, but can see how some might view it as a Con.
