Pros

The entire team is great. Everyone is kind and friendly. You do get a sense that you’re not just an extra body. The training is very in-depth. Working from home is awesome, to me at least. All in all I’m pretty happy with my position in the company.

Cons

I wish they paid more! Which I’m sure almost everyone would say that about their job. I really love the company and the people. BUT the starting pay is certainly not enough to live on, alone. Without that, this is a five star job in my view.

Starting pay aside, we hope the benefits provided help and welcome you to talk with your Operations Manager about ways to advance as we are a performance based company.
