Pros

You get to work from home. Scripts and procedures are easy to learn.

Cons

They do not know how to motivate people into doing better work. They focus primarily on the negatives instead of the positives. They have a very limited crew on the weekends and it's difficult to get a weekend off. Insurance costs are outrageous and there is no overtime.
