Cons
- Change is constant and can cause change fatigue - if you apply here, be sure you're up for adaptation without stress - High rate of growth between 2021-23 (more than doubled in staff numbers) has left some problems with structure and cohesion, which are being addressed now, but a bit backwards (like re-building the foundations to stop the building falling over after you built it too tall).
