Pros
The recruiting process was very professional end engaging. The onboarding and training are carefully organized and allow you to feel comfortable in the new position right from the start. The working environment is friendly and collaborative. My experience has been very positive so far.
Cons
The day-to-day work is a bit monotonous but there are many opportunities to engage in larger projects within the department.
