Hi there, Sara here, HR Director since Nov 2019.Thanks for taking the time to share your experience, even if it seems you didn't have a great time. I know things have changed and we now have a focus on learning and people development across the organization, we can always get better. We currently focus on continuous improvement and this includes our people's experience. I am an optimist and so believe that we are not "beyond redemption".
