Frontiers employs over 700 people and many have been affected either directly or indirectly by COVID 19 over the course of the past eighteen months. Each has been supported with care and respect; we are sorry you did not feel this was extended to you however please rest assured your sickness was not the reason your employment was terminated.
Frontiers has a flexible working policy that we are proud of, which supports a host of flexible working options for our employees but as a responsible employer we are bound by contractual terms within our employment agreements too. Your location changed after signing your employment agreement meaning terms were infringed and sadly, we could not reach a compromise with regards to your country of work. After legal consultation we made the difficult decision to terminate your contract.
