Terrible place to work - Anonymous employee Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Employee Review

The President of the company is a terrible leader. The overall disorganization and horrible culture are a direct reflection of his poor leadership. He is a misogynist and does not know how to treat people with respect or create a positive work environment. He does not know how to delegate or communicate and is stuck in the past both personally and professionally. There is so much turnover and so many client issues due to disorganization that makes it hard to believe they are still in business. I would avoid working here at all costs.
