We’re disappointed that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. Frontier Medical Group is a business undergoing significant transformation, and with that comes a pace of change across teams, structures, and ways of working. This is a deliberate and necessary approach to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of the business, although we recognise it may not align with everyone’s preferences.
We do not recognise the characterisation of our senior leadership team. Our C-suite brings extensive experience across healthcare, manufacturing, and commercial functions, and is actively engaged in understanding the challenges faced across the business and supporting teams to deliver.
We are continuing to invest in our sales function, including training, product development, and marketing support, and we remain focused on equipping our teams with the tools and clarity needed to succeed.
While we may not agree with all of the points raised, we take all feedback seriously as part of our ongoing efforts to improve. We wish you well in your future career.
