      Everyone is treated really well as long as they put the effort in.

      Cons

      minimal holidays, and when you have time to take off its not always easy to get that time approved.

      Excellent compensation (base salary + per diem)

      Cons

      Compensation is where the positives end. I’ve never experienced such a hostile work environment which included threats, cussing out employees, and yelling/screaming in the office. FK does not support work life balance, be prepared to work 7 days a week for months on end.
