Frontier went out of their way to make myself and my fellow employees feel appreciated and at home, even when so many were so far away from their homes for work. I don't expect it to be easy to find a culture like that in future employers.
Cons
A lot of work is remote and away from employee's homes and families. We all signed up for it but it definitely becomes hard after a while.
The management are a bunch of hot heads that run the company like their own private bank. They blow money left and right and then cry anytime the smallest amount has to be paid out to an employee. The CEO micromanages everything and treats the employees like they are stupid and children. The leadership will preach morals but have none themselves and will stab each other in the back in a heartbeat.
