Pros
Benefits if you're union. No much other than that! I am writing thing ms because there are no pros to working there.
Cons
Outdated technology, bleeding out the rump end on customer churn, no support from local managers or supervisors, commission tier is set against with a post call survey and repeat calls. Techs are over worked and not enough staffing. Wait till you have to tell a dear sweet lady that her repair ticket is going to take two weeks to complete. I wish the fed communications would take a look into this. If you're a Verizon employee coming in on the conversion good luck. They will take your pay. Take a buyout and enjoy an early retirement!
