It would take you one week to send a quote and create a contract. After you talk to 5 different people because you have to guess the prices. This is how bad the software at frontier are. CRM outdated, no customer record, bad communication with installers and billing. No simple way to do anything. Customer data is wrong, nothing is in one place no easy access. Everything internally is a mess, There is a reason this company is bankrupt and no one wants to business with frontier, remember.
Managers cannot help in anything because they are new and don't want to learn. The offices space is old, depressing and dirty, very old equipment, computers barely work. No one has any type of aspirations in here everybody is just waiting in line to get fired. Just a clear example of the work culture from Frontier.
