Pros
There are some committed people, who work hard and do their best under very difficult circumstances.
Cons
It is a Culture of fear. Do NOT ever cross or even suggest a different opinion outside the company line to the CEO or ANY of the Friends of Maggie aka FOM's, or the " senior leadership team" you do so and you will be shown the door. .there is a lot of mistrust and back stabbing and you better understand the back door politics there is a lot of do what I say and not what I do. Expect to be told things like I pay for your cell phone so I expect you to pick up immediately 24/7. You will be judged on how you look and what you wear. Despite women at the top, not friendly to women and definitely not friendly to minorities.
