Nothing much to talk about this great company..hahahaa...how mean ..they throw out the employees easily.Doesn't give time to settle down ..

The management has completely gone mad.they're confused as what to do next.waiting for funds and if they don't get b4 april then all the employees will be on roads. The company started with a good note and product which suited the Agribusiness industry but later on due to idiotic and reckless decisions by the management they changed the track and lost the gamble. The 3 directors are good for nothing. They think they know all and do all. Don't know how to manage the manpower. Simply hiring and then firing is the order of the day. No stability in decisions they take but act smart as if they were right and the employees as wrong. They do mistakes and pass the buck on to the employees..Overall it is the worst organisation I have worked for..Good that I left it otherwise they would have made it very difficult for me.

A big part of the company culture is centered on open and honest communication. Senior management works very hard to keep politics out of the culture, and we are taught to "talk _to_ people, not about them", to "listen with intense curiosity", to "tell others how they impact you". There is ongoing training and reinforcement around this, and when team dynamics are out of kilter, management will rally around the team and help them work through their issues by encouraging them to talk about their feelings.
