Pros
In just two and a half years, I learned more about technical SEO, content strategy, and UX than I had in my career up until this point. FTF employs some of the most innovative and hardworking SEOs in the industry, but without the pomp and egomania you'd expect from similar organizations driven by "SEO gurus." The client results speak for themselves and the company culture itself is likely the least dysfunctional that I've experienced so far.
Cons
I can't think of too many cons. Projects generally follow typical agency workflows that require a balance of creativity and analytical prowess from content strategists. For the first time in my life, leaving a job actually felt painful. Even though I left for an opportunity that will likely define my career, I was genuinely sad to leave FTF.
