Base salaries are relatively decent

Staff is forced to come in even in the event of strikes. Employees are told what they are allowed and not allowed to eat or drink in the office and what time they can do it. They are forbidden from going out of the office before a certain hour even if they have no more work to do! Everybody is afraid to express their opinions and unhappiness. 10% of the office is taking anti depressants. The amount of abuse and control over junior staff resembles that of the Middle Ages!!
