1. No rigid hierarchy, every employee is treated well. 2. Friendly and fun environment, there always some fun happening in some corner. 3. Young and energetic people 4. Small team, thus easy to come into limelight when you perform well
Cons
1. Basic employee facilities are missing- no canteen or lunch area, no reimbursements in case of an overtime. You are just expected to work harder out of love and respect and it is not treated as a business transaction 2. If you have any issue with regards to work, management, working condition etc, it will take months before a discussion finally happens. HR services aren't well equipped to handle concerns 3. Since people are young, there is lack of mentorship. After a point, your learnings will stop. 4. Hiring- there are a lot of freshers and interns in the company, who have obviously not had the chance to learn professional ethics before, thus working with them becomes a challenge. People are hired mostly on the basis of convenience and not talent.
