Pros
Was a great place to be in the first coupe of years. The culture, people and my immediate team in particular were fantastic. Projects were exciting and rewarding.
Cons
Skills and knowledge weren't appreciated. I was contently second guessed and became a tool for senior management and directors. Genuinely had me believing I didn't know how to do my job anymore. High staff turn over. Lack of clear direction and decision making ability. Salary is way below average. No progression.
