      Nice co-workers. Free chips to eat at work.

      Cons

      Same pay year after year. No pay raises and when they do its like .30cents. Hard to bid out of your main department if your a good worker. Alot of favoritism. Hard to get back to back days off. Alot of employees can not do whats in the job description so they get kept in the same spot day after day that their alright at.

      Pros

      No boss breathing down your back all day.

      Cons

      No control over force outs. Management forces out product to the market that may not necessarily be needed or fit in the stores. Always have to sell more than the previous year to keep up with sales goals.
