      Pros

      They have 12+ hr shifts and pay well. Free chips and other Frito lay snacks. Benefits are dental vision and healthcare but wasn’t available until after first 90 days.

      Cons

      Hard to find parking most days. Excessive work politics. Not much room for career advancement in the company

      Pros

      No boss breathing down your back all day.

      Cons

      No control over force outs. Management forces out product to the market that may not necessarily be needed or fit in the stores. Always have to sell more than the previous year to keep up with sales goals.
