If you need a job and/or experience so you can get another job this will do. Benefits after 60 days.
Cons
Terrible top down culture. Turn and burn employees are just a number. Small company so if somebody doesn't like you they will get rid of you. Turnover is horrendous especially hourly. No appreciation given, no raises, and a token bonus at best for management. A few hundred dollars given as a yearly bonus. I guess figuring you won't be there to collect it anyways.
