Pros

Easy work load most of the time, and you can shift around cells if you dislike your boss or presses you're running. You'll get a reasonable paycheck and benefits for someone with few skills/experience.

Cons

Miserly company/management that drives away competent people with microscopic to no wage increases and often shrinking benefits. People who work here decades make about the same as new hires. Management is incompetent and generally the hard working people here are demoralized and cynical because there's no reward for competency. Little room for advancement. I'm really not bitter at the company and if you just need a basic reasonable job it will work fine, but just being frank if you're in the top 50% of competency/work ethic you're mostly just wasting your time here and could probably find another manufacturing company with better pay and more room to advance.

Pros

Stable company with broad global reach. Front office jobs not demanding, hybrid schedules and low expectations lead most to be 30-35 hr weeks.

Cons

At first this looks like a positive: you’ll notice that many employees have tenures of 15,20, 30 years. But that leads to a lot of group think and insular behaviors. They actually have a common statement among employees - “you’re not a Freudenberger unless you’ve been here 10 years.” Not exactly a welcoming statement to new employees. If you’d like to have your input and thoughts ignored for a decade, this is the place for you. Convinced they have great technologies, but in market terms, average technology at best. Horrific infighting between divisions. Management meetings resemble Klukluxclan meetings in terms of diversity. Pay scales below market, 401k match very weak
