Pros
A very social culture and friendly people. An entrepreneurial ethos allows employees stretch themselves and allows those with drive to flourish.
Cons
Appalling leadership. Such a far cry from the vision and competence of the founders. This has resulted in the stagnation of what was once a fast growth business. Because of this, I would, sadly, advise people not to accept a role at FreshMinds.
