      Remote work was nice. Coworkers were mostly friendly

      Cons

      Management was consistently confused, carrots were dangled and I was almost never proud of the work we were doing. "We're a family" was consistently used to get us to work long hours.

      Pros

      Small company that is fully remote. Very flexible schedules. Great team to work with. I've been working there for several years and it's been a great place for my career.

      Cons

      I love that we're fully remote but without an office I do miss seeing my co-workers in person.

      Everyone really cares and upper management is nice.

      Cons

      I think they had 4 day work weeks every other week but you still had to get your work done so made the other days and Thurs. stressful
