Pros
It's a helpful brand to have on the CV and will open doors for future opportunities. Some in the business are at the top of their game and you can learn a lot from them. The staff benefits are good.
Cons
Can feel very 'old boys club'. Little personal development or mentoring and opportunities for progression in business services are very limited. Salary isn't great and nor is it transparent. Very conservative and consequently it can take forever to get anything real done.
