Fresh Technology is run by an exceptionally talented leadership suite who understand that in order to drive a successful product that the team must focus on consistently working to understand and prioritize work according to customer need. This means we are constantly working on features or product improvements that are very closely related to direct customer experience. The benefits of working at Fresh Technology include: trust to get the job done (a focus on results); empowerment to solve technical challenges in the best way; an organization that is sympathetic to the technical needs of the Engineering organization; and direct exposure to modern stack-wide technologies. We are also an amazingly diverse team.

Fresh is constantly re-evaluating its benefits to ensure they are able to deliver the best benefit package they are able to their employees. We are a smaller company so this typically means that our benefits improve year-over-year; however, some benefits you might expect to exist do not yet or are slimly implemented (constrained by budget).
