My biggest pro was how supported you feel at the company, especially by the boss, who is heavily involved and clearly cares for the team. I have never had a boss go to bat for me as hard as my boss at Fresh Tech. Moreover, this role really helped me gain some insight into what GOOD communication within an organization looks like. I never hesitated for a second to ask a question/get help/input into something. I feel like a lot of employees simply don't support the mission of the organization they are with, but here everyone believes in the mission and as long as you work there you never lose sight of it, thats why my co-workers and boss were so willing to go to bat for each other because it truly is an honest company. Benefits are great, hours are great, atmosphere is great, physical location is great (right next to the red line), and its a pet friendly workspace!
