-Low wage, and you are only guaranteed a $0.25 raise every 500 hours worked -You start at $11.75 and are expected to do a lot more than you’re being paid to do. -Management is very unprofessional and shows little to the bare minimum appreciation for staff -Store management is very unprofessional, and very unapproachable. -Head office is very disorganized and unprofessional and shows no signs of appreciation for any staff except management. -Very little opportunity for growth as management/head office would rather hire externally. -Assistant Managers are only paid $2.00 more than highest paid clerk in their respective department, and no clerk in any department is making more than $13.50.
