- lack of training for maintenance and production - antiquated resources (no digital copies of manuals so you are constantly on the hunt for the manual you need because no one puts it in the same place, no direct deposit - very top heavy (all experience is on first shift and the positions are seniority based) - poor management - no accountability for production when they deliberate break equipment to go on break
