      Pros

      The pay I excellent for a person coming straight out of upper high school with no previous relevant experience. The possibilities to grow within the company is great. Big chunk of senior leadership started out working on the floor.

      Cons

      The work is scheduled in 5-shift so if you want to sacrifice your well-being for money this is a great opportunity.

      Management. Every year or two all directors/managers either get fired or quit. There is no structure or standard it just depends on how people feel that day.
