Pros
Benefits are good. Pay was good. Overall very good company. 401k is lower matching at first and gets better if you are there for awhile. If you know that going in its not bad at all.
Cons
Very corporate. It is hard to make positive changes. They also will not always be entirely honest about things like benefits. They do have good benefits, but for me it was painted as something nicer than it was.
