Pros
Benefits are great, the pay is pretty decent for the shoals area. Work all the hours you want it you are able to learn everything. Good holiday, and get plenty of vacation days.
Cons
The job is very stressful mostly coming from the very young and inexperienced supervisors that get promoted. It's pretty hard to be a production leader because the supervisors are very horrible and bad to the employees. The good experienced employees don't like coming to work and end up getting fired or quitting leaving the company with new and inexperienced employees. Most of the time when there are problems with cars on the line and they shouldn't be built, management makes the calls to build the cars anyway. Parts never get there on time and they end up sending everyone home making it hard to pay bills and then when they get parts they expect the employees to work weekends to get caught back up.
