Management is fairly close knit and is inconsistent with whom they employ their policies on, yet violate the policies themselves on occasion. There really is no room for advancement which is expected since it's an entry level position. That being said there is a high turn over rate and being apart of some of the longer lasting employees don't expect any sort of understanding from management since you are replaceable.
