No one was treated equally. Upper management made you feel like a peon. It is IMPOSSIBLE to support a family on the wages paid to bindery employees. No promoting from within the company, Some supervisors were entirely incompetent, and quick frankly, had NO BUSINESS being in the positions that they held.
