Pros
Meeting "B list" players in the Investment Banking Industry
Cons
The founder is a millionaire who doesn't need to work, and only works to feed his ego (staying active in finance) and his hobby of racing Aston Martins.
The (newly appointed) CEO has been with the firm since 1998 and truly tries to do the right thing (sometimes only for himself, though). One Managing Director claims to have attended Columbia Business School, but only attended for one or two semesters (in reality, he received his Masters from a Philippine university), This speaks to the level of truthfulness at the firm.

This place has a revolving door on it - 3 or 4 people have stayed a long time, but over 25 have passed through the doors in the last ten years. Every year they hire one or 2 Associates fro good schools....who quickly leave.
