Pros

The company’s any has great values and listens to the employees. Bonus structure is extremely good. The atmosphere and work-life balance are awesome.

Cons

The only con is that insurance for family coverage is expensive and the insurance isn’t the best. I will say it has gotten better over the last couple of years.
