I absolutely love the managing partner's energy and leadership style. He is extremely reasonable and approachable and, no matter how busy, is will to answer questions and provide direction when necessary. As such, he has assembled a top-notch team of attorneys and support staff. In other firms I have felt like the "hired help" but here I truly feel like an integral part of a success team, which is important to me because I prefer to work to capacity and keep learning and feel like my being there matters to someone. Very happy at FMG.
