      Pros

      Tip out is quite low for industry standards, decent company wide discount/perks, usually flexible with scheduling.

      Cons

      Terrible management-big boys’ club energy, cliquey, toxic and draining personalities, not much done about bullying unless management likes you, FAVOURITISM.
