Commission structure means you are making above minimum wage. If you put in the time and effort, you can do very well in sales even on part time hrs. Ive had years working under 30 hr/week and making nearly 50K per year
Cons
Benefit plan has switched from Sunlife with full coverage to a company no one knows called Beneva. Less reimbursement for health and dental. HARD to move into corporate level as it is apparent that movement is favoured in retail environments only
