Sold the job as the opportunity of a lifetime with uncapped earning potential.
Drive hours to sit appointments and get no compensation as you are working on commission only. If you make the sale great, however 99% of the time you won't.
Favouritism. If you are selling you will get jobs if its slow for you they won't bat an eyelid to stop giving you work.
Because they employ you as a contractor, you take the fall for everything and you are always the one loosing money. The company will never lose anything.
Extremely toxic culture. Ask questions from management and get told its their day off don't bother them or that they don't have time to answer your questions.
Literally the worst place I've ever worked.
