Pros

There are some really nice people that still work there.

Cons

Company doesn't know how to communicate with their front line people. They don't encourage or support an open door policy. You can't go to any of the executive team with concerns, questions, or even ideas that will help their company grow. They hire less than experienced people into management positions who don't understand how to coach or develop properly. Goals are given with no real way to meet them. Shady things are going on and no one seems to care about how unethical behavior is hurting this company. They have over 360 mm in assets, 40k members, and less than a 1% growth rate. People who have been there for 15 years or more are leaving. This should be a huge clue to the strength of this company, especially how small they are, and their executives act like they are a fortune 500 company. They need to step down from their high horse and humble themselves.

Pros

At first they make you feel warm ans fuzzy and welcome.

Cons

You have to be part of the "clique" in order to have your job protected. Causing any kind of inconvenience to your manager or the company will get you fired - like being pregnant and needing time away for appointments. They will approve you for FMLA and then take it back based on your manager's discretion.
